Description of RFE:
During creating a new VM pool, give for user a possibility create VM Pool on different Storage Domain than location of “Template Based”.

In this case, user get a pop-up, that his “Template Based” will migrate / copied (option given to user) to new Storage Domain, and there will be crated a VM Pool.
