Description of problem:

there is no system menu in 'software' which means you cannot enable/disable sources for gnome-packagekit

as mentioned in previous bug reports and thanks to FranciscoD, to access the sources menu, click on the activity tile (task tile) on the activity bar, select 'software sources'
