You are using https://red.libssh.org/attachments/download/41/libssh-0.5.4.tar.gz for sources.
It's bad and causes #982685 and other bugs.
Please use upstream git tags for sources.

Patch for spec, but you need upload new sources to our server.

Actually upstream explicitly points to Redmine's tarballs:

* http://www.libssh.org/2013/01/22/libssh-0-5-4-security-release/

However I see the benefits of grabbing directly from git-repository.
