Description of problem:
Starting of jobs by systemd that were previously done by crond are pretty uneventful. In the case of mrtg spending two lines in /var/log/messages every five minutes for something that succeeds is not they way it was done before.
Please understand that /var/log/messages must be clean, empty except for stuff that deserves some attention.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
systemd-204-9.fc19.x86_64

How reproducible:
Upgrade to Fedora 19, use mrtg.

Actual results:
Many lines saying
Jul 15 11:44:23 snk2 systemd[1]: Starting Multi-router Traffic Grapher...
Jul 15 11:44:23 snk2 systemd[1]: Started Multi-router Traffic Grapher.
and again fatre five minutes, etc in /var/log/messages

Expected results:
No such messages except when stuff goes wrong.

Additional info:
Maybe change the debug level?
