Description of problem: 
Starting from openmpi-1.7.2 (fc20 packages) 'libmpi_f77.*' libraries are no more provided (http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/rpminfo?rpmID=4138986).
This issue also prevents fix of broken dependencies in the rawhide tree of my package MUMPS.

This issue has been fixed with latest blacs-1.1-50.fc20 build.
