Description of problem:
when you run yum grouplist, some groups are missing. to find them you must run yum grouplist hidden. why?
unhide those groups that are hidden

a newbie is not going to know that hidden switch

They are marked as uservisible=false in the repo's group metadata, so Fedora has explicitly asked for them to not be shown to users.
