Description of problem:
Please add OSGi manifest for aopalliance.
The manifest is required for aopalliance to be able to used as
bundle by Eclipse and Tycho.  It is needed to build Eclipse Sisu,
which is dependency of Apache Maven version 3.1.0.

The manifest should contain:
  Bundle-SymbolicName: org.aopalliance
  Bundle-Version: 1.0
  Bundle-ManifestVersion: 2

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.0-6

Already has OSGi manifest.
