Description of problem: It's inconvinient to define skipTychoVersionCheck in every spec file of packages using tycho. Tycho should skip version check by default when building packages. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.18.1-1
Sounds fine to me. If a user tries to mix versions of tycho plugins, this could still produce some strange errors (eg. version of Tycho plugins on system with a different versioned Tycho plugin(s) in reactor cache). i think the benefit to packagers/users outweights the issues (that would exist anyways).
This should be fixed in tycho-0.18.1-3.fc20 (http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=439010). I'll have this in f19 as well once the branch is updated.
