Change title and add link

The section "KVM guest virtual machine compatibility" refers to verifying that a machine is capable of acting as a KVM host, and references the Virtualization Administration Guide.

The attach patch changes the title of that section to better reflect the content, and provides a direct link to the referenced content.

Better structuring

Oops, this section also addresses guest CPUs. This patch removes "host" from the section title, and starts an independent section for info pertaining to host CPUs.
