Click on the "Production workflow" on the left. Click on "Add user". Search for an existing user. There should be two cancel buttons visible at this point. One of the seems to go with the search box. The other is next to the "Add Members" button under the list of checkboxes, listing the users found. Neither of these cancel buttons works. Clicking on either of the two merely causes the page to reload as is. Additional info:
Describing the necessary stuff from memory obviously doesn't work, so let me try again. Go to a content section. Go to the Workflow tab. Select "Production workflow" (on the left). Select "Authoring" from the list of tasks. Click on "Assign user" Search for an existing user. The resulting form will have two cancel buttons. Observe that neither of these works.
Update: As of //cms/dev/...@37927, this remains broken as described.
