This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

This bug was cloned from the ns-softon bug and is meant for nss-util. Part of the fix is in a header in nss-util that softoekn depends on. nss-softoken depnds on ns-util. This bug is meant to be a blocker of the original, not the other way around.

Created a new bug from scratch and that has the intended component. So I am closing is as duplicate of the new one.
