Comment 1 Satish Balay 2013-07-30 15:51:34 UTC
noticed the same issue with kernel-3.10.3-300.fc19.i686 on a thinkpad T400

[perhaps it was connected to a power supply at suspend/resume so I didn't notice the dimming of the screen].

Comment 2 Josh Boyer 2013-07-30 16:14:41 UTC
Please test the 3.10.4-300 kernel in koji to see if the fix for i915 graphics solves your issue.

Comment 3 lionghostshop 2013-07-31 01:04:49 UTC
where is the link to download it?

Comment 5 Pete Zaitcev 2013-07-31 13:35:38 UTC
Weird, adding myself to cc: cleared Needinfo.

Anyhow, the bug is still present in kernel-3.10.4-300.fc19.x86_64.

Comment 6 lionghostshop 2013-07-31 13:37:51 UTC
Confirmed, bug still occurs

Comment 7 Josh Boyer 2013-08-01 12:52:32 UTC
This is like a duplicate of bug 989373. Can you see if the 3.11-rcX kernels in rawhide work for you as mentioned in that bug?

Comment 8 lionghostshop 2013-08-01 12:54:58 UTC
how to download it?

Comment 10 lionghostshop 2013-08-01 13:12:00 UTC
3.11 works well

Comment 11 Josh Boyer 2013-08-01 13:55:40 UTC
OK, we'll mark this bug as a duplicate then. Thank you for testing.
