Description of problem:
mutt source rpm doesn't rebuild w/o cyrus-sasl-devel so it should be added to
dependencies

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mutt-1.4.1-1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -e cyrus-sasl-devel
   (assuming other dependencies are installed)
2. rpmbuild --rebuild mutt-1.4.1-1.src.rpm


    

Actual Results:
  ...
checking for sasl_client_init in -lsasl... no
configure: error: could not find libsasl

and rpm build exits with an error

Expected Results:  it builds

Should be in 1.4.1-4.
