Description of problem:
As our docs say [1], it should be possible to turn on the events on AS7 by just enabling it under the connection settings. Currently it is necessary also to set the Date Format field to value "HH:mm:ss,SSS". We should provide it as a smart default or add it to those predefined formats that are tried.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the Inventory, navigate to EAP RHQ Server resource
2. Select tab "Inventory" and sub-tab "Connection Settings"
3. At the bottom of the page enable the Log Event Source for AS7 log

Actual results:
no events are displayed within the "Events" tab (#Resource/${AS7resId}/Events/History)

Expected results:
events from AS7 log should be recognized even if not specifying the date format
