[doc] "basicallly" should be "basically" in yum man page

Description of problem:
$ man yum | grep -n basicallly
"basicallly" occurs three times.

Fixed in HEAD.
Here are some more that the gedit spell-checker caught:
"arguemnt" -> "argument"
"givien" -> "given" (twice)
"Pacakge" -> "Package"
"repoitory" -> "repository"

yum-3.4.3-105.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.
docs: Fix "arguemnt", "givien", "Pacakge", "repoitory"

* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing yum-3.4.3-105.fc19'
