Dennis, this bug was introduced by mass-rebuild. The mass-rebuild-script added the .1 to "Release: %{tl_release}" which caused the dep issue. Could you please fix the buildscript to increase the tl_rel macro instead to add .1 in the future?

I suspect, that the build script is using rpmdev-bumpspec to bump the release. This tool knows how to bump %{release} macro and some others. May be you can fix your spec instead.
