Description of problem: EAP 6.1.1 will be released by the time BRMS/BPMS will be GA. We should always the support the latest version of the EAP release at the time of release. Also EAP 6.1.0 exposes a number of security threats which have been addressed in EAP 6.1.1 and will not be backported to EAP 6.1.0. Hence move to EAP 6.1.1 as a target for the deployable distribution.

ER5 was released with EAP 6.1.1 support.
