Description of problem: Currently the dia package is built with GNOME support. This actually means GNOME 2 support, but GNOME 2 is no longer part of Fedora. As such installing dia pulls obsolete packages such as libgnomeui, libbonoboui and others. The package could be built without GNOME support and work just as well under a modern Fedora system.
