Description of problem:

The 3.2 documentation of backup and restore is a documentation of a GSS workaround of the fact that 3.2 release did not contain a simple backup utility. 

Now that one has been developed for 3.3, it should be backported to 3.2 as soon as possible, so that the 3.2 documentation can be updated with useful backup content. 

Ideally, this would be done for 3.2.4. I have it on good authority that the backport would be simple, and we have a precedent in the form of the rhevm-image-uploader, which was introduced in 3.2 and backported to 3.1.
