Description of problem:
Managing shared custom channels from trusted organization should not be possible. Currently the link is active and generates "Permission Error".

How reproducible:
100%

1. Create Custom Channel test_chann_org_1 - Organization Sharing -> Public
2. Create New Organization - test_org.
3. Set Trust between test_org and the base organization.
4. Login to test_org.
5. Create a Child channel org_child_chann with base channel  test_chann_org_1.
6. Channels -> Manage Software Channel -> test_chann_org_1


Actual results:

! Permission Error.
