SSH Port in Edit host is always 22

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit a host, change the ssh port number
2. verify in the database that it changed (table vds_static)
3. Open edit window again for that host

Actual results:

SSH Port is 22

Expected results:

SSH Port is the updated value input in stage 1.
