I can confirm this. I did a little research and found these 2 bugs on from RabbitCVS:
Which seem to explain these some in compatibility with older version of RabbitCVS and Gnome 3.8.

Also there seems to be 0.15.3 out (seems to fix this problem) and we are still using 0.15.0 (From Nov 2011). Which is pretty outdated.
rabbitvcs-0.16-1.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.
rabbitvcs-0.16-1.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

After updating, rabbitvcs-nautilus seems to work, but rabbitvcs-gedit fails with this error when opening Gedit and enabling the plugin:
(gedit:5360): libpeas-WARNING **: Could not find loader 'python' for plugin 'rabbitvcs-plugin'
However I don't know if this is a separate bug...

Confirmed, and the plugin is unusable.
Please fill a new bug, I will fix it.
The rabbitvcs-gedit bug was reported as bug 1082942
