Unneeded libs in plplot-devel plplotd.pc

Description of problem:
As discussed on the devel mailing-list , in plplot-devel-5.9.9-18.svn12474.fc20
-lshp was added to plplotd.pc but the corresponding shapelib-devel package dep wasn't.
This causes build failures on packages that depend on plplot, e.g. techne:
Problem is actually that the pkgconfig file lists those libs in the first place. I've removed them in plplot-5.9.9-20.svn12479.fc21. Please give that a try.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 20 development cycle.
Changing version to '20'.

Blocked by a doxygen issue I'm afraid. There does seem to be some progress upstream on it.
plplot-5.9.9-20.svn12479.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing plplot-5.9.9-20.svn12479.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
