The faultTo request path is appended with the To address path, for example:
Client To : http://localhost:8080/jaxws/add
Client set FaultTo : http://localhost:9999/faultTo
The actual request path sent to Faulto endpoint is : http://localhost:9999/faultTo/jaxws/add
