There are quite a few variants of this backtrace in bugzilla, but this is the only one I've seen so far that is untainted. The common thing seems to be virtual block devices. (vbox/vmware/qemu)

I think I'm hitting this bug (see trace below), it happens to me with an USB cdrom drive (self-powered, so it has a special USB cable using 2 USB ports to get enough power) with the 2.6.38.8-32 kernel. It happens to me about once every few hours when using the CD drive, so I can try to gather additional information.
