Description of problem:
As discussed:
1. mismatched title warning validation messages should be changed to something like:
 Possible Invalid Topic! The specified topic title didn't match and was replaced, please check that you used the right topic.

2. In the content spec file, clicking on other tabs and then switching back to the 'content spec' tab should take the user to the line of the content spec file the user was viewing and not to the start of the file.

3. Under the 'validation message's tab, suggest to enlarge the default size for the message box. Default size is too small for readability.

Re-purposing this bug so that it is used solely for point 3. I'm doing this as three bugs/RFEs were reported in one Bug.

If this is done then it should probably be applied to the Topic errors as well.
