Description of problem:
In rare occasions when quickly moving the mouse, a fancy tooltip can get stuck in a popped open state. This is a common problem with JavaScript-based hovers, and I suspect the root cause is that browsers can simply skip firing an onmouseout handler in very rare cases.

How reproducible:
rare. Very difficult to reproduce.

Steps to Reproduce:
I don't have a great recipe. Difficult to reproduce. Takes very quick mouse actions. Try clicking a new tab and then immediately hovering over an icon before the tab has time to change.

Actual results:
A tooltip gets stuck.

Expected results:
Tooltips should never get stuck open.

setting target release to current version for consideration and review. please do not push non-RFE bugs to an undefined target release to make sure bugs are reviewed for relevancy, fix, closure, etc.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
