Red Hat Log - unlocalized strings

Description of problem:
Red Hat Log page contains some unlocalized strings.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.0


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to Dashboard
2. Change the language setting under "Settings" to a language other than English.
3. Click "Red Hat" tab on the left side panel.
4. Click "Log" 

Actual results:
Unlocalized strings are  shown on the top of the main panel.

Expected results:
They should be localized

As marked on the attached screenshot, the following strings are unlocalized:

"Please sign in the Red Hat Customer Portal to access this information. Sign In"
==> I believe this is a part of Red Hat Access plug-in string for which I have already filed a separate bug: BZ#1024556
