new logging framework in glusterfs[1] uses mmcount module[2] in rsyslog.  To enable this feature in RHS, we would like to have mmcount module into RHEL version of rsyslog.

All the bugs this depends on are expected to be solved in el6.6 and the patch is provided already merged upstream.
