Previously, there was a spelling mistake in the Scheduler Optimization Tool Tip in the Cluster Policy configuration user interface for a Cluster object, in which the word 'scheduling' was listed as 'shceduling'. This spelling mistake has now been corrected.

Description of problem:
There is a misspelling in the Scheduler Optimization Tool Tip within the Cluster Policy configuration UI for a Cluster object.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Edit a Cluster
2.  Cluster Policy
3.  Hover over Scheduler Optimization tooltip

Actual results:
"shceduling"

Expected results:
"scheduling"

Additional info:
The wording on this tooltip is also a little confusing.  Let's try to clean this up while fixing the typo

referenced patch has been merged, shouldn't this be in modified?

moving to 3.3.2 since 3.3.1 was built and moved to QE.
