Doc Text:	Package openstack-keystone has been rebased to the upstream stable release 2013.2.2. The bug fixes contained in this release were backported from the development branches into a stable branch. The release is intended to be a low risk update with no intentional regressions or API changes. Some of the critical and high issues addressed by this rebase are as follows: * Significant performance drop observed when using the memcached as the backend of token store. * Restarting QPID broker resulted in the fan out subscriptions being unable to re-connect. * Keystone was unable to handle UTF8 characters thrown in an exception. * QPID broadcast RPC requests were sent to all listening servers for a given topic, rather than in a round-robin fashion. * Some Python requirements are not hosted on PyPI. Completed a basic sanity (create domain, project, user, role and get a token) on:
openstack-keystone-2013.2.2-1.el6ost.noarch
