Package openstack-keystone has been rebased to the upstream stable release 2013.2.2. The bug fixes contained in this release were backported from the development branches into a stable branch. The release is intended to be a low risk update with no intentional regressions or API changes. Some of the critical and high issues addressed by this rebase are as follows: * Significant performance drop observed when using the memcached as the backend of token store. * Restarting QPID broker resulted in the fan out subscriptions being unable to re-connect. * Keystone was unable to handle UTF8 characters thrown in an exception. * QPID broadcast RPC requests were sent to all listening servers for a given topic, rather than in a round-robin fashion. * Some Python requirements are not hosted on PyPI. Pip 1.5 refused to download packages linked from PyPI but not hosted on pypi.python.org The complete list of upstream bugs fixed in this release can be found at https://launchpad.net/keystone/havana/2013.2.2
