prelink doesn't work properly

Expected results:

I expect prelink to do it's job properly  as it can't please patch (see attachment)

Well, I would say that the root bug is that prelink shouldn't break the nvidia library at first; either the nvidia library is located in _libdir/nvidia or elsewhere does not matter (unless we can only rely on the workaround).

The issue have been work-arounded if prelink is installed.
