Description of problem:
Sometimes when starting the GUI of up2date, it appears to being blown 
completely out of propostions. It is far wider than it should be. I 
have seen this bug on several systems.

How reproducible:
starting the up2date wizard

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click the red exclamation mark in the gnome-taskbar
2.Lauch up2date
3.Watch
  
Actual results:
The dialog is twice as wide as it should be

Expected results:
Normal, nice dialog box

Additional info:
Think this occured on redhat 9 systems as well, even if I am not 
shure.
