Description of problem:
Group OOB portlet doesn't display graph when you click on it (come up empty) from group detail page.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.1.2 (current master)


How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Pick a compatible group with OOBs
2. click on the OOB link 
3. a chart should popup.

Actual results:
Empty window pops up.


Expected results:
Chart should display.
