1) use the Suspect metrics report to find resources with OOBs
2) make a compat group out of one or more of the relevant resources
3) go to group detail page
4) On the OOB portlet, click on one of the OOB metrics
5) Dialog pops up but no chart + uncaught exception

There is no server-side exception, seems all UI.

Unmarking as duplicate, Bug 1133739 is the upstream...  Taking it just so I can cherry-pick Mike's fix.
