NetworkManager-vpnc has been branched for EPEL7 but has not been built in koji or released via bodhi and I would like to request that it is. I've also requested to be a co-maintainer so that I can help with EPEL7.

Now vpnc is available in epel.
I am building from source, and/or updating it for
quite some time.
