Description of problem:
I keep getting file not found during the boot sequence.  It is trying
to find the following file
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
but my Dell lattitude C840 doesn't have this file

The message doesn't appear on the log only on the console.
