RHEL-7 currently contains 4.2.6.3
RHEL-6.7 will have 4.2.8.2

we should at least sync rhel-7.2 with rhel-6.7 in order that going from rhel-6 to rhel-7 is not a backwards step in terms of office capability.

This will also require an upgrade of mdds, but mdds is a header-only package and only LibreOffice uses it.

We prefer going with a 4.3.X
