Description of problem:

When installing fc2test2 (pointed grub to the pxeboot vmlinuz/initrd,
http install from loopback mounted cd images)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
fbf0c082c6096179bc4292086e39ecbc  FC2-test2-i386-disc1.iso

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select Swedish locale
2. try to proceed with installation (only tried http)

Actual results:
Error message on anaconda startup "An unhandled exception has occurred"

Expected results:
The installers should greet me with "Welcome to Fedora" in swedish :)
