  100%, with kde-l10n-de-14.12.3-2.fc22 installed


Steps to Reproduce:

  1.  dnf install kde-l10n-de-14.12.3-2.fc22
  2.  dnf install kdesu-1:5.3.0-1.fc22


Actual results:
