Doc Text:
Previously, migrating parts of the old RHEV-H configuration to a new configuration format failed when upgrading from RHEV-H 6.5 on RHEV 3.4 to RHEV-H 6.6 on RHEV 3.5. A code-level import has been fixed, and the relevant code path works, so the upgrade logic now works as expected.

Test version:
rhevh-6.6-20150520.0.el6ev.iso
ovirt-node-3.2.3-2.el6.noarch

Test Steps:
1. Clean install rhevh-6.6-20150520.0.el6ev.iso
2. Login rhevh and press F2 to enter into shell console
3. Remove OVIRT_*VERSION parameter from the /etc/defaults/ovirt
4. persist /etc/defaults/ovirt
5. Reboot rhevh and check log info in /var/log/ovirt.log

Test result:
No ImportError: cannot import name defaults error exception was thrown in /var/log/ovirt.log.

so this bug has been fixed, but also found other issue in /var/log/ovirt.log, report it in new bug 1223717. Verify this bug in here.
