Description of problem:

Certain packages in RHGS 3.1 ISO (RHGSS-3.1-20150612.n.4-RHS-x86_64-DVD1.iso) are found to be downgraded from their respective versions in RHS 3.0.4 ISO (RHSS-3.0u4-20150318.0-RHS-x86_64-DVD1.iso)

1. Run ISO analysis tool.

./iso_analysis.py --new_iso ../RHGSS-3.1-20150612.n.4-RHS-x86_64-DVD1.iso --old_iso .
./RHSS-3.0u4-20150318.0-RHS-x86_64-DVD1.iso --arch=x86_64 --repo_comparison > result.txt

Actual results:

Following packages are found to be downgraded in RHGS 3.1 ISO -

ipmitool-1.8.11-20.el6.x86_64
libxslt-1.1.26-2.el6.x86_64

Expected results:
-----------------
Packages should not be downgraded in an ISO of higher version when compared to an ISO of lower version.

This has been fixed in the new ISO spin. 

ipmitool-1.8.11-28.el6.x86_64 in [1] comes from RHEL-6.7
libxslt-1.1.26-2.el6 is being shipped in RHGS-3.1 Errata RHEA-2015:20560-02

Tested in RHGSS-3.1-20150624.n.0-RHS-x86_64-DVD1.iso. Found that issue with ipmitool-1.8.11-20.el6.x86_64 is resolved.

The following package still appears to be downgraded compared to older ISO -

libxslt-1.1.26-2.el6.x86_64

Created BZ #1235776 for issue with libxslt package.
