This has been fixed in the new ISO spin. ipmitool-1.8.11-28.el6.x86_64 in [1] comes from RHEL-6.7 libxslt-1.1.26-2.el6 is being shipped in RHGS-3.1 Errata RHEA-2015:20560-02 [1] http://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/composes/nightly/RHGSS-3.1-20150615.n.0/3/RHS/x86_64/iso/
Tested in RHGSS-3.1-20150624.n.0-RHS-x86_64-DVD1.iso. Found that issue with ipmitool-1.8.11-20.el6.x86_64 is resolved. The following package still appears to be downgraded compared to older ISO - libxslt-1.1.26-2.el6.x86_64 Created BZ #1235776 for issue with libxslt package.
