Description of problem:
$ redhat-support-tool addattachment -c ... -d "test upload" -z ./foo.img -s 1024
Uploading foo.img to the case ... failed.
ERROR: Unable to connect to support services API.  Reason: Service Unavailable

But when downloading the attachment its md5sum matches to the local copy of the file.
