Description of problem:

In chargeback reports,the VM name column doesn't get populated.
This issue is a regression and does not occur in 5.4.

Steps to Reproduce:
------------------
1.Manage a provider;Enable C&U collection for that provider on the appliance.
2.Generate a chargeback report.
3.

Actual results:

The VM name column doesn't get populated in chargeback reports.

The VM name column should get populated in chargeback reports.

I have marked this bug as high since the VM name itself is missing and there is no way to tell the chargeback rate associated with a VM/instance.

Nandini, is this specific to 5.5 or are we seeing this in 5.4 as well?

This issue is specific to 5.5 and is not seen in 5.4.

Verified in 5.5.0.12.
