Description of problem:
gnome-keyring? causes soas to not get to desktop after install to bare metal

How reproducible:
livecd-iso-to-disk --format --reset-mbr --efi Fedora-Live-SoaS-x86_64-23-TC11.iso /dev/sdb

install to bare metal from USB boots and logs in but stops at wallpaper never starts sugar desktop

also occurs in f23 live mate and cinnamon after install

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 23-final by Fedora user satellit using the blocker tracking app because:

 non-blocking DE should install

I believe this was already fixed in gnome-keyring-3.18.1-2.fc23 which was pulled in as a freeze exception and just got pushed to stable. Please reopen if you can reproduce with TC12 or newer.

gnome-keyring-3.18.1-2.fc23 has been pushed to the Fedora 23 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
