I believe this was already fixed in gnome-keyring-3.18.1-2.fc23 which was pulled in as a freeze exception and just got pushed to stable. Please reopen if you can reproduce with TC12 or newer. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1272646 ***
