Description of problem:
If you create a dialog that has the Tag Control element in it, then the select is not visible.

5.5.0.11

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a dialog containing the Tag Control select.
2. Create eg. a button that opens the dialog
3. Open the dialog.

Actual results:
You cannot see the select

Expected results:
You can see the select

Additional info:
The HTML tag for select is there, but the selectpicker somehow failed to render the HTML to show the fancy select. If you remove the selectpicker class from the select, it becomes visible.
