Description of problem:
Hosted Engine Vm in 3.6.1 is a regular VM with its disks and nics editable and visible. We want to allow editing few of its attributes, like # of CPUs and memory but leave addDisk and nics out for now.

Bug tickets must have version flags set prior to targeting them to a release. Please ask maintainer to set the correct version flags and only then set the target milestone.

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

Roy, 

For HE deployment over block storage (FC/iSCSI), we have to prevent the creation of storage domain on the LUN where the hosted-engine domain resides on. 
This relevant for first DC initialization right after the deployment is completed.
